You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary assessment logic, workflows, or visualizations without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed for your internal use of the services. Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership rights in third‑party research protocols or instruments that we may implement; you remain responsible for complying with any rights applicable to those third‑party materials.

3. Limitation of Liability

Crescere Strategies is not liable for any decisions made based on the results of our automated assessment tools. Strategic execution remains the responsibility of the client.
